This is to ensure the health and safety of staff and customers. It also provides the flexibility for staff to work remotely and stay safe, stay healthy and be able to support their families (especially elderly relatives and those vulnerable) in the best possible way. We are still able to continue offering the first class support to you, our customers.
Be aware that every customer has access to their personal control panel, with an extensive backup system that can let you delete or change anything (including auto responder emails for if you are out the office).
